When you give your consent, you accept that Copenhagen Fintech (hereinafter "Copenhagen Fintech"), Applebys Plads 7, 1411 Copenhagen K., VAT number: 35431268, e-mail: Hello@copenhagenfintech.dk, is the data controller for the personal information that we collect and retain about you in our data system. Your consent is necessary for you to make use of our products and services, for which it is required that Copenhagen Fintech registers and processes personal information about you.
If changes are made to Copenhagen Fintech's Personal Data Policy, this will be published on www.copenhagenfintech.dk and sent to you via the communication method that you have informed us, we may contact you.
What personal information does Copenhagen Fintech process?
Copenhagen Fintech only collects and processes the personal information that you provide in connection with the purchase of one of our products or services. The type of personal information you may have provided to us may be your full name, company name, company phone number, company email, billing information and business address. Copenhagen Fintech does not collect and share personal information about you to and from third parties.
If Copenhagen Fintech becomes aware that there are obvious errors in the information, we have registered about you - e.g., wrong phone number or misspelled last name - we will correct the information.
What do we use your personal information for?
Copenhagen Fintech only collects and processes the personal information that we deem necessary to maintain contact with you through the sale of our products and services.
In addition, your personal information is used to subsequently manage and maintain your profile at Copenhagen Fintech and offer you information about relevant products and services when you have given consent for us to provide you with this information in connection with the creation of a company subscription. Copenhagen Fintech does not use your personal information for other purposes.
Who receives your personal information?
Copenhagen Fintech does not pass on your personal information to other companies.
Where is your personal information stored?
Personal information is stored on servers at our hosting provider, which acts as our data processor - more specifically in Webflow. In addition, we have your personal information in our CRM system, Salesforce. If you have signed up for our newsletter, your information will be stored on MailChimp.
Copenhagen Fintech only stores personal information about you for as long as it is deemed necessary in relation to the stated purpose. The personal information is deleted or anonymised on an ongoing basis and as the purposes for which it was collected are completed. Copenhagen Fintech stores your personal information for a maximum of 5 years after you last purchased one of our products or services from Copenhagen Fintech. If Copenhagen Fintech finds it necessary to continue storing your personal information after the expiry of the 5 years, this will only be done based on a renewed consent.
How do we protect personal information?
Copenhagen Fintech ensures that the necessary technical and organizational security measures are taken against the accidental or illegal destruction, loss, or deterioration of your personal information. As well as against them coming to the knowledge of unauthorized persons in accordance with the data protection legislation in force at any given time. Copenhagen Fintech stores personal information on our own or our hosting provider's secure servers.
Access to personal information
You can at any time gain insight into the personal information that Copenhagen Fintech has registered about you by contacting us. If you wish to receive a copy of this information, please write to us at Hello@copenhagenfintech.dk. You may be asked to document that you are who you pretend to be. Copenhagen Fintech may charge a small administration fee to cover costs associated with the request. Additionally, you may have incorrect information about you corrected or deleted at any time.
Insights and complaints
You have the right to be informed of the personal data we process about you in a standard format (data portability). You can also object to the use of information at any time. You can also revoke your consent for information about you to be processed. If the information processed about you is incorrect, you have the right to have it corrected or deleted. Inquiries about this can be made to: Hello@copenhagenfintech.dk. If you want to complain about our processing of your personal data, you also can contact the Danish Data Protection Agency.
